Cancellation Policy

We ask that you arrive 10-15 mins before your appointment time to be one time new and current clients. We all have to take consideration of the clients and the business overall. For cancellation or to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by text or phone call to avoid fees or full fee amount. You should be able to go in and edit your appointment if changes need to be made on your end. Any cancellations not within the 24 hr time frame will be charge full price, we ask that you contact us 30 mins before your appointment time, if you will not be on time for your schedule appointment. If you do not contact us at least 2 hrs before appointment to let us know you are going to be running late you will be charge 50% of your total, if you are 10 mins after your appointment timeframe you will be charge a late fee and can range up to 50% of the service fee. If you are 15 minutes behind your appointment timeframe then you will be charge a cancelation fee up to full Service fee amount and you will have to rebook your appointment for another time, will be consider a No-show when you do not communicate at all, that will be process as full payment and you will have to rebook your appointment.
