This rejuvenating package includes a full upscale haircut of your choice shampoo/conditioner, hair and scalp treatment, razor/clipper detail head outline, enhancement if needed. beard trim/beard grooming or shave with warm lather, facial treatment, Neck, Face shave, nose eyebrow and ear hair clean up. Facial scrub, Gold or Black Gold peel mask, facial cleanser and moisturizer , and hot towels on face and arm, adding a neck, arm, head and shoulder massage with hand massager. Maintain, clean, and polish your beard with a fresh trim, beard oil and leave feeling like a whole new person. after your haircut we will provide refreshing barber astringent, a spritz of our signature barber cologne, and a thorough clean-up to ensure every last hair is taken care of. We'll also finish with a luxurious hair moisturizer and top it off with your choice of styling product and a professional styling if needed. Indulge in a spirit, cold beer, or beverage and enjoy a complimentary snack (must be 21 and older with valid ID for beer or spirit) limited to one(1) drink, all while receiving top-notch barber services. Cancellation Policy
We ask that you arrive 10-15 mins before your appointment time to be one time new and current clients. We all have to take consideration of the clients and the business overall. For cancellation or to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by text or phone call to avoid fees or full fee amount. You should be able to go in and edit your appointment if changes need to be made on your end, if changes can not be made you are out of the timeframe and will have to cancel and pay fee. Any cancellations not within the 24 hr time frame will be charge full price, we ask that you contact us 2 hrs before your appointment time, if you will not be on time for your schedule appointment , we maybe able to reschedule, if its the same day. If you do not contact us at least 2 hrs before appointment to let us know you are going to be running late you will be charge 50% of your total, if you are 10 mins after your appointment timeframe you will be charge a late fee and can range up to 50% of the service fee. If you are 15 minutes behind your appointment timeframe then you will be charge a cancelation fee up to full Service fee amount and you will have to rebook your appointment for another time, that will be consider a No-show when you do not communicate at all, that will be process as full payment and you will have to rebook your appointment. non refundable on service unless you are not completely satisfied with the service overall that day. We ask you be clear with want before booking and to take in consideration a service you see on someone else my look better not good on you.
